Comfortable & Affordable Chalet Accomodation in the French Alps

Chalet Layout:

There are 5 bedrooms in total. 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and 2 single rooms which share the main bathroom. Each room is designed to sleep 2 or 3.

This layout makes it ideal for all kinds of groups, from couples to families to large groups as it offers you maximum flexibility.

There are 2 types of bookings. 1) Group booking, whereby a group book out the entire chalet and organise their own sleeping arrangments, or 2), individual room bookings, where a room can be booked for either 2 or 3 people. In this schenario you get the opportunity to socialise and make new friends with other snow lovers.

Bedroom 1:

This bedroom (15m²) is roomy and very comfortable. It has an en suite shower and sink and there are great views down the valley out of the window.

Bedrooms 2:

This is a newely built double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with french windows that opens out onto the large terrace. Later on in the season when the snow has melted on the terrace, you can benefit from being able to step out side to catch a few rays and cook lunch on the purpose build BBQ.

Bedrooms 3:

This is again a newly built bedroom with 2 single beds. Again it benefits from a beautiful en suite bathroom. This room is very large and can sleep up to 4 single people if required.

Bedrooms 4 & 5:

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are single rooms. They both have two single beds with a pull out bed underneath so they can sleep either 2 or 3 people. They share the main bathroom with bath and shower. All of the bedrooms have plenty of storage space for all your equipment and clothes.

Livingroom & Mezzanine:

The living room measures 35m² and has brandnew new furniture. It houses a 7 seater couch, flat screen TV and DVD player, a LOG fire and a large dining room table which sits 10-12 people. There are a number of comfy chairs and reading lamps with a large variety of books. You will also find a selection of board games as well as a good selection of DVD's. There is a mezzanine which overlooks the livingroom. This is a games room. You will find a playstation and X box with lots of bean bags to sit on. There are also a computer with word etc which can be used to do some work on and a large desk for the children to use for drawing at or for the adults to catch up with some work using the FREE WIFI.

Terrace:

From the living room there is a French window which leads out onto the private, south facing terrace. There is an out door BBQ for when the weather is good, and the terrace gets the sun until late in the later months of the winter.

In total there are 3 toilets and 4 bathrooms. We have newley installed a 400 litre hot water tank so that you will always be able to have a hot shower morning or evening to relax those aches and pains and a 6 person JACUZZI.
