Summer and Winter Holidays in Les Arcs

Hello, and welcome. My name is Philippe Bunce and I am the owner of the FreshBreakz chalet. I have always loved Les Arcs, mainly through its amazing ski slopes, but like our chalet, it has a lot to offer all year round. The variety of activities added to the clean fresh air, and the stunning scenery make it a great place for families couples or individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle. The weather in the summer is also fantastic, with temperatures averaging 30 deg C, cloudless blue skies and a slight breeze, so you do not have to worry that the rain will keep you from doing what you want!

Bourg St Maurice in the Summer:

Bourg is a busy and bustling place in the summer. It is full of people coming from all around the world to do mountain activities in one of the best and most beautiful areas. All the cafés have chairs and tables outside so you can take a coffee or beer in the beautiful hot sun. Bourg is the heart of the Savoie region especially in the summer, and the Chalet is one of the most conveniently located places you could possible want to stay. You are 5 min drive from the centre of Bourg St Maurice where you will find the hire shops, sports centre swimming pool etc. It is also where the river activities begin and finish so if you want to go kayaking/ canoeing or white water rapids it literally is on your doorstep.
