Winter and Summer Holidays in Les Arcs

Hello and welcome. My name is Philippe Bunce and I have been skiing and snowboarding in France for about 25 years. I have been to many of the top French, Italian and US ski resorts but I have always loved Les Arcs. It has a lot to offer from good off-piste, an excellent snow park and fantastic pistes to suit all abilities and styles. Last year (2005) it was linked to La Plagne, making it the largest ski area in Europe.

Bourg St Maurice, (the base of Les Arcs - where the FreshBreakz chalet is situated) is easily accessible by the snow train from London and bargain flights to Grenoble and Geneva. Bourg also allows for easy access to other resorts such as Tignes and Val D'Isere (less than 20 min drive), St Foy (15 min drive which is great for off piste) and La Rosiere ( 20min drive where you can ski into Italy.) Therefore it gives you the opportunity to ski at multiple resorts during your stay, an opportunity not usually possible if you stay in a resort. It is for these reasons that I believe our location is ideal for the keen Ski and Snowboarder.
